While many Windows users are still trying to figure out how to use CoPilot on a daily basis, Microsoft has made it easy with Copilot Vision. It’s an AI-powered feature that can change how everyone browses the internet. This new functionality is integrated into Microsoft Edge and is available to select Pro subscribers through Copilot Labs. This feature allows the CoPilot AI to see the page a user is on, read with them, and provide intelligent, real-time assistance tailored to their needs.
Copilot Vision is a Personal AI Assistant for Browsing
Browsing now is like two people talking to each other and deciding where to go. You can discuss challenges, seek insights, and simplify complex tasks. CoPilot can highlight essential details like ticket prices, hours of operation, and event schedules.
Additionally, AI can instantly scan and analyze webpage content, provide quick access to insights, simplify information, and make personalized recommendations. In addition, once you complete a session with Vision, all the data about what you said or interacted with gets deleted.
Microsoft will soon roll out to broader groups after the initial testing. The initial feedback will help the company gather valuable insights to further enhance its performance and usability. However, it will be limited to Copilot Pro subscribers in the United States, who will initially only work on a select set of websites.
I am assuming that we will soon have ways that will allow websites to make it possible to interact with AI.
Copilot Vision is the first AI experience available exclusively on Microsoft Edge. It represents a significant step toward redefining how users interact with technology, making web browsing smarter, simpler, and more engaging.
